For Success invites each of its members to participate in our 'Small
Group Personal Training' classes. These multi-dimensional classes are
offered four times a day and are available to different age groups as
well as different fitness levels. They have be en especially designed to
shape, define and strengthen your body and to provide you with a great
cardio workout as well as some resistance training.
Our
'Small Group' classes are perfect for those who enjoy working out in
the company of others, in a fun and lively atmosphere. Our classes are
also suitable for those of you who have time constraints and want to
achieve maximum effectiveness within a specified time frame. |
